Celebrate and honor those who served with a heartfelt holiday appearance from Santa & Mrs. Claus! Perfect for veterans organizations, VA community events, American Legion and VFW gatherings, veterans’ homes, holiday celebrations, and military family events, each visit can be tailored to your organization and guests. Appearances can include greeting veterans and their families, handing out organization-provided gifts or treats, sharing Christmas stories and conversation, participating in holiday activities, recognizing veterans for their service, and posing for memorable individual, family, and group photos. Guests are welcome to capture memories using their own phones and cameras, or a professional photographer can be added for an additional cost to capture these special moments. Appearances can be customized around your organization, event schedule, number of guests, planned activities, accessibility needs, and length of visit—with the respect and appreciation our veterans deserve.
Cancellation Policy
To reserve your special visit with Santa & Mrs. Claus, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your requested date and time. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms outlined in our complete Booking Policy. We understand that plans can change. Our full policy includes important information regarding payments, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, event changes, additional guests or children, photography and video, venue requirements, third-party events, and other conditions related to your appearance. Please provide accurate information when booking, including your event location, estimated number of guests and children, appearance length, and planned activities. Significant changes to your original booking may require additional time or fees.
